View PDF option not available in 'Actions' drop down list on iSupplier Portal

Hi,
We are on EBS R12.1.3 and implementing iSupplier Portal. 

The drop down list next to ‘Actions’ option on iSupplier Portal Full Access -> Purchase Orders page does not show ‘View PDF’ option. I have checked the ‘PO Output format’ option in Purchasing Options. It is set to 'PDF' for our operating unit. 

Is there a setup/profile that is controlling this feature? Appreciate any help in this regard.
