How-to Steps for Publishing a MS Project XML project file into Agile PPM Project

 Seeking best practices/tips for successfully publishing an MS Project 2010 file into Agile 9.3.1. PPM.

One things that I've done is first 'Save As' my 2010 Project file as a 2000-2003 Project file, then 'Save As' an XML file. However, this still does not work. How many project columns must match those in PPM Project or must the MS Project be setup in a particular format?
