Holds

Hi

Just wondering if anyone can help who has come across similar issue. We have orders which go on hold automatically. The holds which are placed on the order are, Credit Check Failure, Overdue and another hold which is custom hold to apply a hold where the required date is greater than 14 days.

The credit check hold and future hold, are both visible from front end and can be released. However, the Overdue hold is only visible in the holds table and can't be released by end users.

has anyone else come across this?
