Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC)

404 -error while accessing the Rapid Planning workbench.

Hi

We are implementing Oracle Rapid Planning on R12.1.1

we have installed and configured the system as per the metalink note 961442.1 and 1285459.1. All set-ups mentioned are in place.

But while accessing the the Rapid planning workbench, the page shows 404 error. When checked on the UI Admin Server log, it shows MDS-00013 no metadata found for metadata object "index.jsp ".

Kindly suggest what can be possible reasons for the same .

Any input is appreciated.
