Satisfactory Academic Progress Application engine and temporary tables

 The application engine for the SAP process SFA_SAP_3C in Peoplesoft Campus solutions 9.0 is erroring out - unable to bind a temporary table field. Is this a known problem or is there something in the setup that is missing? It seems to error out on step 12 and step 13 every time. I changed the meta sql call and replaced it with the actual sql and it seems to work, but that doesn't explain the quirky behaviour. Any help will be greatly apreciated.
