ORA-7445 [_intel_new_memcpy()+3775] [ACCESS_VIOLATION]

 Oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.1 on a Windows 2003R2 x64, 8GB ram. Backend db for BMC Remedy ARS.

We recently upgraded from 10gr2 to 11g, doing a manual upgrade (export/import). After the upgrade all appeared to work as normal. After 2 weeks in production, developers put an updated schema in place and we are now getting the above errror and Oracle core dump.

This error is sporactic but reproducable. All that the user is doing from a web client is performing a query against the db.The similar querries may run a few times then the user sees a Ora 3113 - end of comm chanel.   In the oracle alert.log we see the Ora-7445 error.
