RMAN restores datafiles to wrong diskgroup

I have a 2-node Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 RAC database with ASM on AIX 5.3. Recently I was required to restore a tablespace due to being dropped accidentally. However, during the restore I noticed that the datafiles were being restored to the wrong diskgroup. The original diskgroup name was called DG_TIBDATA but the datafiles were restored to the DG_SYSTEM diskgroup instead. Here's the RMAN output during the restore:

RMAN> restore tablespace tibco;

Starting restore at 07-MAY-11
allocated channel: ORA_SBT_TAPE_1
channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_1: sid=372 instance=tibprd1 devtype=SBT_TAPE
channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_1: Data Protection for Oracle: version 5.4.1.0
allocated channel: ORA_SBT_TAPE_2

Howdy, Stranger!
