Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Oracle 11.2.0.2 AIX 6.1

What are the required steps to create a new database (different server) from a cold backup..?? The file system layouts are exactly the same.

If someone has a link to the correct Doc. it would be greatly appreciated, or simply list the instructions.
