Upgrade from 11.5.10 to R12.1.3

 Hi,

We have a customer that is requesting stats on Oracle customers who have upgraded to R12. ie. EBS modules, upgrade strategy used and downtime.

Downtime is the most important. They are a telco and the need to minimize downtime is critical.

They have a huge Oracle stack : HR, Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain and logistics including Depot Repair, spares management, iStore.

Any docs to share would be great.
