Issue while counters created using counter setup form in R12.1.1 Service contracts

Hi,

Why the column defaulted_group_id in table CSI_COUNTERS_B is nul when a counter is created from counter setup form in R12.1.1 service contracts ?
Having null value in column defaulted_group_id causes no data in column counter_group_name & counter_group_description of view CSI_COUNTERS_V.
This inturn causes no group name displayed for the counter in counter capture form in service contracts.
