OEM 11.2.0.2 DB Control & IE7 Certificate Error

  I'm using Oracle 11.2.0.2 and OEM database control 11.2.0.2.  I have servers with several instances on each.  When I use IE7 I get the Certificate Error, I obtained Doc Id 437660.1 and followed the instructions carefully.  I have performed it on servers which have only one instance and on servers which have several instances but it does not work.  EXCEPT ONCE!  I got it to work on one instance on one server BUT I'm not sure why it worked, I just followed the same instructions as always.

 

This should not be this difficult.  I looked for documentation to help but nothing is straightforward.
