Data Load into Essbase Cubes

Working on a sourcing cube which has data there now for diversity reporting.  Endusers would now like to add the voucher number, invoice number and PO # to the data.  We do not want them as a Dimension which would need to validated, so not sure how to update the data load rule??   New to Essbase and have had little to no training on cube design.   Hope to get training later this year.  Any help would be great!!!
