ITS failed due to following error

Hello All,

I have one issue where ITS if failed with below error;

Error msg: ORA-00001: unique constraint (ONT.OE_ORDER_LINES_U1) violated in Pack
age oe_line_util Procedure Insert_Row


some scetion from the output log is as below for any clue.

error in split_line User-Defined Exception
error in Ship_Confirm_Line User-Defined Exception
error in handle_nonbulk_mode User-Defined Exception
ship_confirm_new UNEXPECTED ERROR : User-Defined Exception
 

Please help me to direct this issue with your knowledge.
