EM is freezing up while scheduling a backup internal server error 500

 Enterprise manager is working OK except for when I try and setup a backup on a given database.  It then freezes and gives me an Internal Server Error 500.  In the EMOMs log I found sever of these errors....

ERROR eml.XMLLoader markFileAsError.828 - Failed to load 00000000087.xml even after 2 attempts; moving to errors directory. Error:
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-14400: inserted partition key does not map to any partition

There are no errors in the emctl.log.

Just found this error as well, now looking to how to correct..
