Credit Memo - long time to save issue

 Hi All,

Does anyone have an idea what could be causing the following issue:

The user creates a credit memo and clicks on save but it can take over 30 minutes to save this and the session often times out before it is does. I've seen a number of metalink notes on this but can't quite find the answer.

We are currently on 11.5.10
