Database XE Homepage

Hi all,
Excuse me if this isn't the correct community but I was hoping someone could tell me why after installing Oracle Apex 4 into Oracle Database Express Edition (XE) the database homepage changes to the new Apex homepage?   And, more importantly how I get the database homepage back?
