knanrplcr: WARNING couldn't free enough streams pool

I am very new to Streams and am asking for some help on this issue.
This error is appearing in my cs01.trc file. I think that I know that it equates to processing a large change that happened on the source DB. 

I have not found any hits for this message (well, none that apply to the Oracle DB). 

I thought that by changing the value for _sga_size in my Capture would fix it, but I've gone from 300 up to 819200 and now success.

Has anyone experienced this problem before and how did you fix it?
