how to block developers from creating a project

 Hello everyone!

I am applying securities to my environment!

We have decided that the developers are not to create projects the should make a project petition to the CNC´s everytime they need a new project.

So i was implementing securities to the P98220 specifically to the w98220c i did a action security and blocked the ok button. At the begining i thought it was ok but later i realized that the developers will not be able to create object librarian objects wich the should be able to do.

So i don´t know if any one knows any work around to resolve this problem!
