BPA - Does anyone know how to make a multi-page invoice where the 2nd page is static as Terms & Cond

 We're about to start using BPA with an external feed into the AR interface providing invoice data.  If the invoice line items go past one page, the requirement is to have the additional line details continue on the 3rd page.  The second page must remain for the T&Cs and the payment remittance tear-off.
