Class not found 'com.siebel.xmlpublisher.reports.XSLFunctions' when previewing BIP Reports

Hello,

I need help resolving the error I was getting below when I preview a BIP Report in desktop mode.

Caused by: oracle.xdo.parser.v2.XPathException: Extension function error: Class not found 'com.siebel.xmlpublisher.reports.XSLFunctions'

I found the XSLFunctions.jar file from my SIEBEL_TOOLS\CLASSES directory, and I copied this jar file to my C:\Pro~\BI Publisher Desktop\TemplateViewer\lib directory.

I need to know why it is not finding this jar file when I preview the BIP report.

Can someone please help me?
