How to Sort on measures in a pivot table

I am trying to create a simple pivot table and chart to "rack and stack" my sales reps according to their "Closed/Won" opportunities by order volume.

Row in the pivot table = Owner last name

measure = order value

the pivot table shows the correct data, but I want to sort it by order value, descending - there is no sort arrows in the measures area.

This should be simple????
