 I am looking for a person to come in and help me make OEM a key part of how we manage our Oracle environment.  We are a fortune 40 company with a very large and complex Oracle environment.  The individual who takes on this task will be given the opportunity to really get into OEM GRID and help architect an environment that removes variability and bring stability to my organization.
