BI Publihser installation Issue--Unix/TOMCAT

Tried to connect BI publisher using analytics "More Product" menu, getting follwoing error even same on directly connecting to BI publisher http://server:8080/xmlpserver using Administrator/SADMIN as well (Administrator/Administrator)Oracle BI Publisher Enterprise
(BI Publisher installed as part of OBIEE /OBA Analytics) Reporting Login: Login failed: Please contact administrator for your username/password.
Error Details
Error Codes:
Setps Followed :-
1. Copied the xmlpserver.war form obiee101341/RH_Linux/Server_Ancillary/Oracle_Business_Intelligence_Publisher/generic folder to TomCat web app folder
2. Modified following to OracleBI/xmlp/XMLP/Admin/Configuration/xmlp-server-config.xml file.
3. Modified to instanceconfig.xml
4. Run the cryptotool.
