Invioce payment with cash and cheque

 Hello
I created an invoice with the choose payment method CASH for Rs 100 and paid Rs 70 with the cash account but i am creating payment remaining Rs 30 through cheque but invoice is not showing in ENTER INVOICE on payment workbench?how can i apply payment on one invoice with cheque and cash (both payment method) ?
