Need to clear customer account balances

 Hello all,

I am new here so sorry if I have posted in the wrong place. Anyway here I go. We have sold a part of the company and are creating a clone of production and thus mirror environments. In one of the environments which will end up going to the client I need to clear all customer account balances as it is our responsibilty to follow up on outstanding accounts.

I was hoping for an api to clear the accounts, is there one or a 'standard' oracle method?
