PAY: Costing: Import and allocation for different ledgers

Oracel R12, We have a scenario where we have two seperate ledgers A and B which share the same chart of accounts. Ledger A is attached to a Payroll. We need to allocate the costs of employees in Payroll to both Ledgers A & B with a fixed ratio when we import to GL. For example 2/3 to A and 1/3 to B. How can we do this.
We already have one business group which has different ledgers and individual payrolls and the import is working fine when imported to respective ledgers. A set of ledgers is using one chart and the other group is sharing another chart.
