Error while approving Standard Purchase order.

 Hi All,

User has submitted a standard PO for approval and the PO approval workflow has ended up with follwoing error

POXDM-280: Subroutine poxdmaction() returned error  

RVSRQ-125: Subroutine rvsutg_maintain_mtl_supply()  

RVSUT-080: ORA-01403: no data found                 

Also PO Status was set as PRE_APPROVED.

It is not UOM issue, I have checked and ensured that UOMs taken in PO lines are all Primary UOM only.

Kindly let me know what exactly could be the problem?
