How to Cancel a Repair Line

Looking to find a way to cancel a repair line in Depot.  The line has been booked to OM, and will not allow us to cancel the Depot line.  (the product is serial controlled)  We have gone to OM and cancelled the corresponding line, but the depot repair line still is showing booked, and we cannot delete it.  Has anyone encountered this?  How can repair lines be cancelled?
