R12 Payables Manager: Selected Template Name Not Found
We often create a Payment Process Request by first navigating to the Templates tab, searching for the payment Template name, and clicking on the Template name's Submit Single Request icon. Clicking that icon moves us to the Payment Process Requests tab with the selected template name auto-inserted in the Use Template field.
Here's the issue: Following the above navigation, when we click the Submit button to submit the payment process request, we get an error to select a valid value. The auto-inserted template name is valid, but there is another valid template name that is the same as the selected name but longer.
