How Clear Cache work in case of multiple Siebel Server

Customer is having Multiple Seibel Servers and If clear cache button is clicked in a session which is connected to object manger of Server 1 then it is refreshing cache of server 1's object manager only or for the cache for all the object manager of Siebel servers will get refreshed.
