Oracle 11gR2 Installation with ASM and Grid Infrastructure

 Hi,
I want to install Oracle 11gR2 with ASM for which I also have to install Grid Infrastructure.

I want to setup different users (grid, and oracle)  for Grid Infrastructure and Oracle RDBMS home respectively.

Can someone refer a step by step Metalink Note on setting up the "grid" and "oracle" users and installation steps, as I find Oracle Document a bit confusing or unclear.
