What operations logged in V$SESSION_LONGOPS

Hi,
I know that RMAN operations are logged in V$SESSION_LONGOPS.

Any idea what other operations are logged in it ?

Also, do we have any option to insert rows ourselves for tracking an execution of some procedure ?
