trouble with Networkin when I try Install Grid infrastructure

Hi I am trying to install RAC 11g Release 2 using VMware (mounted on Windows 7). Using 2 virtual machines with 64-bit Oracle Enterprise Linux. Well all is well until the moment the Grid infrastructure. want to configure the network with network setup wizard. What I see in the log is:
