ASR Emails to Distribution List Email

 Hi,
I noticed that I didn't get notification emails about new ASRs as since 05/12. The distribution list email is existent and working. Also in the corresponding SRs there is an etry from ORNASRINTFC_WW@ORACLE.COM showing that the email has been notified. But I definitly didn't get any emails, als other people on the alias didn't get anything.
Any help?
Should I open an SR? If yes, a non technical?
