How to upload lines to an Agreement using Buyer Work Center menu

 Hi,

I am creating an Agreement in Purchasing Buyer Work Center / Agreements / Lines / Upload and I have to create a file to select in the "File"  field.

The options for the format are: Tab-delimited text

XML

Catalog Interchange Format (CIF)

C XML

Can somebody help with a simple file to use in my test or explain me what I have to include in the file?? Will be really helpful!!
