Configuration from test environmet to prod environmet

 I have an OTM parametrization (rates, service providers, parameters, etc) in a test environment and I would like to know the best way to replicate this setup in a Production environment (obviously I just want to copy the setup information, not the orders,shipments,invoices,etc)
