How do I verify Patch levels

Hi,

1. I'm in the process of verifying that everything is complete on a new BRM 7.4 installation.  I was informed this this system has Patchset 8 installed on it.  I wanted to check and verify so I ran pinrev from $PIN_HOME/apps, but this does not tell me the patchlevel.

Question #1.  How can I view and confirm the patch(es) level that is on my BRM instance.  I want to see what is actually on my system.

2. Also, In my environment, BRM 7.4 is part of a larger Oracle Comms 2.5 implementation, with CRM, OSM, AIA, etc.. and therefore we have to apply the Comms 2.5 Integrated Patch Set 1 & Patch Set 2.  In the Patch Set 1 "Software Patch Requirements" document, it says that BRM 7.4 needs to be at Patch Set 4 (9675886)  In the Patch Set 2 "Software Patch Requirements" document, it says that BRM 7.4 needs to be at Patch Set 7 (10300374).
