Infiniband and moving data

A customer would like to have a server they would attach to infiniband and then use ISCSI on top if that to map some volumes to the OS (on DB nodes)so they could transfer data to the DB instead Of using Gigabit. Is that supported ?. Or is it supported to do the same but instead of ISCSI using NFS mount points (just as we do with ZFS appliance)
