iSupplier Errors Creating ASN

Hi all,

I have users creating ASBNs through iSupplier portal and they are experiencing an intermittant error where the ASBN just shows a status of error. I cannot find any details of what the problem is.

Does anyone know how the ASN is created? I assume via a concurrent request but I cannot find one. Nor can I find a workflow.
Does anyone know how I find details of the error, e.g. a log or something?
Does anyone know which tables I can look at to find the records?

Any ideas would be very welcome.
