ANNOT LOAD OCI.DLL

Our project file contains about 30,000 activities and it is full with codes, resources and cost. Therefore, when working with several copies (baseline, approved, updates), the database getting to its maximum limit very quickly. So, I decided to try to run Primavera on 11g.

First I installed 11g R1 1013 x64 which was successful and then installed P6 but during the installation an error popup during the setting of the PM and MM database. I tested with TNSPING and the result was also successful

I created a database using dbsetup.bat and it was successful also. 

But when I tried to make a database connection I received the following
