Install Base Open Interface Program Issue.

Hi all,
The issue is as mentioned below.
A particular serialized item is in 'Expired' status in Install base. We then raised an SR with Oracle. We were asked to
refer to the note 388667.1 to relive the item instance. We then assume that the instance which is already present is to
be updated.

We tried to implement the steps as mentioned in the note 388667.1. But after populating the csi_interface_sources,
csi_instance_interface and csi_i_party_interface tables we tried running the request 'Install Base Open Interface'
request. But we get the following message in the log files.
