Localization for Luxembourg - FAIA reporting

I am looking for information on localization for Luxembourg, more specifically around the FAIA reporting that is being mandated by the Luxembourg government for FY 2011.  Is there a report that currently exists in E1 9.0? 

The FAIA is a standard file prepared in order to export accounting data upon request of the VAT authorities.  The type of format to be used is an XML.  In terms of content, the FAIA is based on the entries to be found in the general ledger, master file data for customers, and suppliers, as well as, details of invoices, payments and purchase orders.

Any insight that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.
