Siebel Server Component Parameter "Application Repository File" missing

 Hi,
I am finishing an installation for a colleague of Siebel 7.8.2 Lifde Sciences.
Problem: When I navigate to: Server Configuration Administration>Servers>eMedical Object Manager Component (ENU)>Parameters...
the Parameter "Application Repository File" row is missing.
How do I add this and some others back ? Hopefully I will not have to do a complete reinstallation :-s
