Orders to Projects

We are trying to bring in orders from Order Management as Revenue/Billable transactions. We tried bringing in as expenditure batch with Miscellaneous class, but the revenue extension was not able to take those amounts and populate the revenue columns. The system is taking the amounts as costs and if we made the cost column null from the back end, then revenue cannot be populated without cost.
We are now trying to bring in the order lines as events with revenue and bill amount populated. But because events are at the top task level only, we are sacrificing on the task hierarchy. Costing on these tasks will be at the lowest task, and events will be at the top task, unless we make the entire wbs with no hierarchies.
