DFF for Specific Country

 HI ALL,
We have enabled the DFF for the specific country in the asset category due to legal requirement . But we dont want  to use the same DFF by other country. The Reference field is already used . Could you please suggest how to restrict the DFF for the other country so that the user should not enter the value in the asset category .
