LDAP User not able to login to agile using SDK

The LDAP Users are not able to login to Agile PLM using Agile SDK.

Agile Version - 9.3.1

Application Server - Web Logic

Is there some fix for this issue?

Manually created users are able to login but it is taking lots of time to login.
