Javascript errors in Apex after fixing OAS 10g (setup dad & /i/)

 I am getting the following type of Javascript errors on all Interactive reports on apex 4.0 after I set up new apps server.
Javasxcript error Message: Expected ')', complains about apex_4_0.js. I checked that the file was there under the images directory.

Any help highly appreciated !
