WEB ADI Set Up Step (What am I NOT doing?)

Hello gurus

Instead of tell you what errors I'm getting, I'm going to tell you of the steps I have done, based on the documentation that I have read to get Web ADI Set up to work on my system (Its not).

Note I know ADI works here because it works for GL, but everyone else is unavailable.

Created any PL/SQL procedures or ran any scripts.
