understand crsctl status resource ora.mg.db -p output

 Hello

I  am  runing  11g  db   and  i  want   to always  use  the  clusterware  with  rac, dataguard;ASM.

i already  build  11G dataguard  and  rac  on AIX

I  want   to  understand   the  output  of this  command

crsctl status  resource  ora.mg.db -p (ora.mg.db)

I have some  trouble  with  the  parameter  server_pools, hosting.

Can  you   explain  it  to  me  or  refer  me  to  a  clear  notes.
