Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Functionality of Tax Product Category on Memo Lines

Hi Guru's,

In R12 while defining memo lines we have the “Tax Product Category" field as mandatory"

Need to understand what is this used for and functionality it drive.

Also what is the implication of using the values as“Fiscal Classification Code

Request you to provide your inputs and guidance.
